Having spent years as a graphic designer, Catherine learned the art of visual story telling, and ultimately piecing together disparate elements to communicate an idea. Having studied printmaking and photography the progression to physical collage was a natural step. She amassed an array of materials, visual and tactile, and these inspired a more physical approach to image making. The process becomes paramount in this work.
